Thank you for your interest in Edge + Lifeteen. We are truly blessed to have such a vibrant youth life within our parish and are looking forward to another amazing year of ministry.

Below you can find the registration forms for Edge + Lifeteen. Please remember Edge is catered to those in grades 6 to 8, and Lifeteen is catered to those in grades 9 to 12. We will be starting our Edge season on November 4, 2011 and Lifeteen will commence on November 18, 2011.

Please have registration forms returned to the parish office no later than 5:00pm on October 22, 2011.

Core Team:
Those interested in joining us on the Core Team are asked to print off Edge + Lifeteen Core Application form below, fill it out and return it to the parish no later than October 8, 2011. We will be having our formation retreat on October 22, 2011. More details will follow once your application has been received.
